There are 2 places to get a coupon, one from the Smart Source insert of the Sunday paper from 2/9, or $1 peelie coupons attached to certain Wet N Wild products.
Also, this week there are several items on sale for 2 for $3.00, AND you can either use the $1 peelie coupons on those items (the $1 peelies are on the Mega Rocks nail polishes and the new Balm Stains) or you can use the $1 coupon from the Smart Source ad.

Pair that coupon with anything that's priced $0.99 and you get it FREE!
The only caveat is that you have to ask the cashier to adjust the item from $.99 to $1.00 or the coupon won't work because it technically exceeds the value of the coupon by $.01. Most cashiers have not had a problem doing this.
Items like the single pot eye shadows and some of the Mega Shine Nail enamels are great items for $0.99. I really like the eye shadow Brulee and Nutty.

Don't tell my husband but I bought 10 of those items, used the 10 of the $1 off coupons, and only spent $5.00 + tax!
Yeah..it was awesome!
Happy bargain hunting!

P.S. For the Winter Beauty event running through 3/14, You will also earn 50 points every $1 spent, pre-coupon, so if you use my example where I bought 10 items @ $1.50 ea = $15 X 60 point = 750 points
